Resident Order Form

Unit owners and residents should use this form to order BOTL access items and accessories.  Once the request is fulfilled and delivered, an invoice will be sent to the unit owner, so tenants should consult the unit owner before ordering.  Costs listed may not include optional mailing / shipping or specialty contractor fees.  All orders are final and items are not returnable.  Batteries for remote transmitters are owner responsibility.
